OTP and account recovery depend mainly on a Nepal-based mobile number, with no email verification option. If we lose access to our Nepal SIM or get logged out while abroad, using ConnectIPS becomes extremely difficult. Please add email OTP/verification and better international access support for users living overseas. ### 1/5 — Cant even login buggy app *2026-05-29, version 3.0.0* I reported the problem through mail with ss .they replied but ignored my problem like it was nothing. It logs in for a split second and crashes. Both Biometric and Traditional log in options doesn’t work and it’s already been 2 updates since this issue. Also changing the password all the time is a pain. It’s a rather stupid way to force a password update. I already have biometric and OTP that is delivered via text and email so whats with the stupid password changes every 120 days and that too cannot be the last 5 passwords ?
