Ethernet & broadband monitoring - Drill into any circuit for live bandwidth charts, showing download and upload traffic over the last hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, or 7 days. Peak, average, and 95th percentile figures give you the detail you need at a glance.

Raise and track support tickets - Log faults, billing queries, and general enquiries directly from the app. Set priority, add detail, and track progress without picking up the phone.

Secure sign-in - Sign in with your Microsoft or Google work account, or use a magic link sent to your email. Face ID and Touch ID keep the app locked when you're not using it.
