I get kicked out of my account and then everytime I try to sign back in it just says Request failed

I used to love this app. I was able to turn on my AC before getting home and walk in to a cool home. Now I can’t control it from the app. I select one mode and the AC dose something else’s I tell Alexa to turn on the AC and she changes the mode too. Now today I tried turning the AC off and the app isn’t letting me log in. I reset the password and it still says there’s an error. Every time I turn on my AC the settings I set change. So frustrating to have to change this back every single time.

The app on my phone works when it wants too. Sometimes I can’t find the buttons to turn it on my phone within the app. The app might have an advertisement that Zi can’t get around it to get to the air conditioner buttons

I can turn it on when I need it for cooling or heat. It has a energy saver a quiet setting it’s wonderful. I have hot flashes and it’s what I need when I need it inexpensive on my utility. I love it. Well worth the money.
