Favourites don’t sync across shared devices, and remote start is unnecessarily inconvenient — you have to enable Remote Mode at the machine and then use it within a short time before it times out. It would be much better to load the machine, leave the house and start it remotely whenever needed. You also can’t browse programs or save favourites while a wash is running, and it isn’t clear how to get the energy monitor to display costs in £. The biggest issue with the machine itself is the lint filter/tray, which needs cleaned after every wash and quite often even needs emptied mid-cycle. Created an account, had to accept terms and conditions THREE times on different screens, was asked to access my Bluetooth settings FIVE times (I gave it access every time), was asked to access devices on my network THREE times, I accepted every time, kept asking me to give it Bluetooth access in my iPhone systems settings, which were already on. Gave up. Deleted it. A networked dishwasher isn’t worth this much hassle. Very poor app. ### 1/5 — Lose connection all the time on my cell phone. Now I can’t control it from the app. I select one mode and the AC dose something else’s I tell Alexa to turn on the AC and she changes the mode too. Now today I tried turning the AC off and the app isn’t letting me log in. I reset the password and it still says there’s an error. Every time I turn on my AC the settings I set change.
