Why have you wasted money doing this. Can I suggest you get your developers to actually try using this app. ### 1/5 — Can no longer login - useless *2024-11-29, version 3.6.1* App now useless. I have SSO 2FA with Microsoft Authenticator so when I log in to Agiito the SSO dance rightly sends me an auth request, but when I approve it in the Authenticator app on the same phone and return to Agiito the app goes back to the beginning of the sign-in process - therefore I can no longer log in at all ! ### 1/5 — A real shame my organisation chooses to use Agiito *2024-11-07, version 3.5* A real pain to log into, if you forget your username apparently you can get it sent to your email. This doesn’t work, despite entering the the same email address Agiito has contacted me on in the past, it doesn’t work. This also happens with the password reset function, again using the same email address I know my account is linked to. It’s not bad once you’ve logged in, but literally takes an hour. ### 1/5 — Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse *2024-10-30, version 3.5* No comes with added annoying music jingle whenever you load a screen in the app. Hurrah! ### 1/5 — SSO terribly implemented *2024-09-09, version 3.4* So my organisation enforces SSO which is standard, but every time I open the MS Authenticator app to approve the request (which has to be done). The Agiito app drops the session and prompts me to sign in again - the new version of stuck in a boot loop… ### 1/5 — Used to be great - now SSO broken *2024-08-18* App now useless. Absolutely atrocious app which you can see has absolutely no time spent on its development or upkeep by Agiito. Not first time it isn’t working for me, comes up with same default message about having to login twice while they migrate systems ( it’s been like that for over a year now !) Trying to book a train ticket for tomorrow and just get a blank screen on phone ! Will have to log onto PC to do instead. It just makes you wonder about quality of service from Agiiito a company which supposedly takes out hassle of sorting out travel arrangements for businesses and their employees. All I get is stress from trying to use their App ! Shocking ! ### 1/5 — Help *2024-05-29, version 3.3* Keep having log in issues lately and now to make things worse, when I click to add purchased ticket to wallet, I get redirected to a browser log in page that doesn’t recognise the details I just used to purchase a ticket!! Now unable to travel! ### 1/5 — Awful App. *2024-05-15, version 3.2* Frankly, it’s much easier and quicker to call the help number and ask their in-house support to book your ticket. The app is useless. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2024-03-11* This used to work reasonably well and now after the latest update it’s really poor. A few of the bugs - it won’t show my future rail bookings (and I need this to see my ToD reference), and when I am searching for travel (hotel or rail) and try to get more detail the app crashes. Engineers, Product manager and IT team - please take a look at yourselves …. and the customer feedback I would actually give it zero stars …..but you cant do that ! ### 1/5 — Doesn't work! *2026-02-20, version 3.12* Useless app, freezes everytime you try and login. This is the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to use ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2025-03-13, version 3.8* Hugely frustrating app, some of the most annoying reasons: 1/ each transactions takes significantly more clicks than required. 2/ unwanted sounds when booking 3/ app gives links / buttons to access tickets straight after booking that don’t actually work so you have to wait for the email receipt 4/ navigating back and forwards and it constantly looses previously entered info like the time, date, station when booking trains. Compared to similar travel booking companies this is by far the worse app I have to use. If I didn’t have to use it for work I wouldn’t. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-03-11, version 3.7* Been using Agiito for a while and can honestly say the app is rarely functional or fit for purpose. Constantly having to sign in even after signing in, the stations on numerous occasions do not auto select and the latest fault is it won’t let you select a one way journey so I’m at the same point of not being able to book a train ticket on this app :( These companies that seem to get lots of government contracts wink wink are not run well imo ### 1/5 — Clumsy *2025-02-20, version 3.7* The app is really unreliable. Fair play to the developers for following up swiftly and the issue is resolved. ### 3/5 — Calendar integration *2023-03-24, version 2.4* The app would be better if it could update calendars directly from the app with booked travel details.
