Recently i tried to put money on one of my loved ones pin debit or my advancepay and it will take the money from my account then on the payment history it says pre authorization or something of that nature and never put the money on my accounts. I need a refund of all the money i still have not received its been months and nothing has been resolved. And I’ve always had some kind of problems with it.. Mainly it’s being locked out of my account, about 1x out of 3 that I try to sign in. It always tells me “wrong password”. Even with Face ID, It still says wrong password. I mean WTF.!!. I can ask to reset the password, change it, go back to sign in & enter my email + the new password I just set five seconds ago. And it tells me wrong password.!! This app makes me want to put my head through a wall. It just works like trash & with all the money that flows through it + what the developers must make from it. It makes no sense that it shouldn’t work near perfect most of the time. I asked for a refund, they again said I had to contact the facility, that they cannot provide the number too and they cannot provide a refund! I do wish you could directly add funds on this app instead of having to go on the website and do it like what’s the point of me having the app if it only shows me my balance ? ### 4/5 — This App Is Awesome! *2025-06-11, version 4.1.4* I have had a really positive experience with this app. While I’ve seen others encounter issues, I personally haven’t faced any problems so far. I have been using this app since March, and it has worked well for me throughout this time. However, one aspect I wish could be improved is the notification system. Currently, it only alerts you when you check the app for messages. I hope that in the future, the app will send notifications directly to your phone, as this would be much more convenient for people who often don’t have time to check the app regularly. ### 4/5 — Most affordable option to communicate *2023-07-24* I like the fact that I can send a text and also send a credit for the person receiving to reply even though they may not have money. You only get a certain amount of characters so learn to abbreviate to maximize your communication. You can send 20 and receive 20 messages for $10, phone calls are outrageously expensive.
