no customer service contact, eSIM asked for a PIN and I had absolutely no way of finding it, customer service is unreachable and no phone number.

Not able to login and therefore do anything on the app - I need to top up to be able to able to call local taxi numbers!

This app was a lifesaver during my travels! I was able to get an instant eSIM effortlessly, and the process was incredibly smooth and quick. One of the airport assistants in Greece even helped me initially to get into the app and set up the eSIM. The prices are very reasonable, making it a perfect solution for travelers anywhere. Highly recommended for anyone needing fast and affordable mobile connectivity.
