Connect Rx by Otsuka was developed for patients who are currently enrolled in an Otsuka REMS Program to track medication and 
receive reminders, send secure messages to their healthcare professionals, access valuable educational resources and much more
between visits. Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization, Inc. will not have 
access to the platform, be provided with patient-identified data of any type, nor monitoring de-identified data with any clinical information (e.g. laboratory values).
