### 3/5 — No data export😫

*2026-07-13, version 1.8.6*

I love the blood pressure device itself and think it can potentially be a real game changer. The app is fine in general but as others have noted there is NO DATA EXPORT feature. It will send you simple blood pressure readings to Apple health but the other metrics are not supported in Apple health so don’t get logged. If you want this data you have to log it yourself or screenshot it. This is a simple and obvious function so I assume they just want you to pay for their overpriced subscription.

### 2/5 — Lots of Inaccessible Data

*2026-06-06, version 1.8.6*

Anybody who buys this BP monitor has a certain degree of OCD. There are a lot of datapoints. You can scroll through to see your (daily, weekly, monthly, and more) (averages, highs lows), for (all day, morning, afternoon, and night) for (at least eight metrics from BP to SERV). That’s awesome!

You can export two of those metrics (BP and heart rate to Apple Health). Unfortunately, Apple sees the time it’s downloaded, not the time that the reading was taken. The phone readily sees the phone to sync. But, you literally have to have the phone against the machine to sync each time. So, if you take readings every four hours and do not sync until night, you get four readings at 10pm rather than spaced out every four hours). And it is only for two metrics.

You can pay $20 per month for exportable PDF reports. But, the report is for two readings taken a minute apart. It lists all 8 or more metrics. But, most of the 2 pages is just an explanation about all possible ranges. It doesn’t provide a true analysis that explains the interactions between your specific set of metrics. For example it says high blood pressure is bad, high SERV is good. It does not say, you have high BP and high SERV which means you fall into this category.

But, I don’t need that analysis if I have all of the data. So, I’d pay $20 per month to download a csv file that I could use to build my own analysis with Excel charts and using my preferred AI tool with my own prompts.

But, no. Can’t do that—which is of limited utility to either me, as an OCD geek, or my cardiologist since he only cares about trends, not a single set of datapoints with a long explanation of definitions that he studied for 10 years.

Hopefully this is remedied. But, it’s such a simple option that I can only assume that some developer thinks he’s going to make a mint by withholding. People will loose interest because of the lack of utility. And the developer will stop developing and live off of the limited revenue until finally closing down five years from now.

### 2/5 — Frustrating Experience Undermines a Promising Concept

*2026-02-14*

I was initially excited about Conneqt—the idea of convenient, at-home blood pressure monitoring with measurement of core BP and vascular flexibility is genuinely appealing, and the video guidance feels calming the first couple of times when doing the optional On-Demand Assessment which is the only way to get the reports. Unfortunately, repeated use has been extremely frustrating, to the point where the process often raises my stress (and blood pressure) rather than lowering it.

Key issues I’ve encountered:
- The app frequently freezes if I switch to another app or the screen times out, forcing me to fully close and restart—losing all progress.
- Hardware sync often fails or times out before the countdown completes, requiring a full restart of the 5-minute process.
- On multiple occasions, it has run the full double-measurement sequence twice only to report no data and demand another retry.
- The mandatory 5-minute video becomes mind-numbing after repeated failures. I’d much prefer the option to use my own relaxing audio (e.g., Endel or similar) instead of being locked into the built-in guidance.

Another major limitation: there is no multi-user support. When I try to demonstrate the device to family, friends, or my doctor, their measurements get mixed into my data. This discourages sharing the product and feels like a missed opportunity—potential new customers can’t properly try it without contaminating my records.

For a subscription-based app intended to promote relaxation and health, these reliability and usability issues make it hard to justify continuing. I’d love to see updates addressing background stability, optional audio guidance, retry handling that preserves progress, and proper multi-user profiles. With those fixes, this could be a great tool.

The device does sync to AppleHealth now, but only pulls over the Systolic and Diastolic.

### 3/5 — Excellent metrics, BUT….

*2025-09-01, version 1.7.8*

Be prepared to be surprised when you lose all your historical data. Gone!!! CS reports it as a known issue and that is to be fixed by a forthcoming firmware update. I am now on my third effort to recover it. No firmware update in site. If this happens to you, I’d recommend strongly that you contact customer service to find out what to do.

### 1/5 — Needs much work

*2025-02-03, version 1.4*

It’s unclear how reliable the readings are but given the significant other problems, I have my doubts. After the initial BT connection, the app can no longer connect to the device. In iOS settings, I can BT connect, yet the app says “Disconnected”. Impossible to sync after the first time. With no Apple Health integration, the sync doesn’t have a ton of value anyway. I’d recommend waiting to purchase this device until they resolve these issues with updated firmware and app. No way to know if they ever will.

### 5/5 — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*2025-01-27, version 1.4*

Amazing app for taking control of my health. Seeing metrics like central blood pressure has helped me feel more informed about my health.

### 5/5 — Better then expected

*2025-01-26, version 1.4*

This app in conjunction with the Conneqt machine is amazing. It will give you readings that are not possible with a standard BP machine and these readings could allow you to make decisions that are life saving. Just do some research for yourself on what this checks and what the readings mean and how it can guide you to better heart health. It's sort of a no brainer.
By the way, I just came across this a month or so ago and have been only using it for about a week, but as you can tell from my review, I'm more than satisfied.

### 5/5 — Great app.

*2025-01-25*

Easy to set up and sync with the Pulse device. Great information about my arterial health.

### 5/5 — Amazing Tool for Taking Charge of My Health

*2025-01-24*

The CONNEQT app and Pulse have been game-changers for me. I love how easy it is to use, and it gives me insights into my arterial health I didn’t even know were possible at home. Seeing metrics like central blood pressure has helped me feel more informed and proactive about my health.

The app is straightforward and makes understanding my results simple. It’s been empowering to track my progress and make changes that truly impact my well-being. Highly recommend for anyone looking to take control of their heart health!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Love the tech - implementation problems

*2026-08-04, version 1.8.8*

The on-demand premium pay-extra-for-it subscription is problematic. Every single time you have to listen to a three minute intro again, and again, and again they just raises my hackles and raises my blood pressure. Not ideal when you want to have normal or relaxed BP findings. What a lame idea some marketing idiot had. Also, if you change focus from the app during this five minute intro you are locked out. The app freezes. I believe this is a violation of apples, product criteria, but this company does not seem to care. This guided relaxation is simply worthless.

### 1/5 — Device Never Works

*2026-07-24, version 1.8.7*

Seems cool, but it never works. When trying to do “on-demand assessment” the device fails every time. Waste of money.

### 1/5 — HORRIBLE DEVICE☝️‼️

*2026-06-25, version 1.8.6*

THIS THING WORKED GREAT FOR TWO MONTHS, ACTUALLY BRAGGED ABOUT IT’S SUPERIOR PRESSURE READINGS. THEN THE STUPID DEVICE STARTED FREEZING UP DURING THE CUFF INFLATION. NOW THIS THING WILL NOT CONNECT TO MY NEW IPHONE 17 PRO MAX 📱 PHONE☝️‼️I’VE UNINSTALLED/ REINSTALLED TIL THE DAMN SUN 🌞 SET, AND THE PHONE APP REMAINS U$ELE$$ AS ALL HELL☝️‼️

### 1/5 — Wonky operation and poor support.

*2026-05-19, version 1.8.5*

Experienced serial problems over first 6 months of operation. Even as a paying Care+ subscriber ($$) support was pretty much worthless. I already know how to restart my phone and reset device. I’m well practiced at it. I have learned that it adds 10 to 20 points to my BP when this happens. I cancelled the subscription. Marketing is great, operations OK, support non-existent.

### 1/5 — Apple health

*2026-03-17*

Still no apple health integration. Should be trivial to implement. I think they just want you to pay for their Care+ which is mostly a static PDF.

### 1/5 — App Won’t Connect

*2026-03-10, version 1.8.4*

Like others, I’m having connectivity issues. The app will simply not connect to my iPhone 17 Pro so I can’t sync anything with Apple Health. Very unfortunate. I’ve tried restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth off and on, and deleting and reinstalling the app. Hope the developer responds and a fix is forthcoming. The device seems good, but the app is a weak link.

### 1/5 — Fine at first, then stopped connecting to my phone

*2026-02-06, version 1.8.4*

When I first got this, it was fine. A little difficult to use because there is not way to get to options in the decide itself. It’s just “start reading” or nothing. You must do everything through the phone. That was ok when it connected. But then I upgraded my phone and can no longer connect.

I went from an iPhone 15 to a 17 and can’t connect at all. I tried removing the device from the app and re-adding it. Didn’t work. I deleted the app and reinstalled, same thing. It can’t locate the device.

It gives you a help button which just takes you to the website in the app. There is nothing on the website about connectivity troubleshooting. I have $30 blood pressure monitors that have no problem connecting, but this crazy expensive one can’t.

I’ve sent an email to them. We’ll see if it helps. I’ll update my review if it does.

### 1/5 — Absolute nonsense app

*2025-11-03, version 1.8.1*

I made the mistake of buying this unit to replace my Qardio which disappeared overnight and no longer works. The unit itself feels cheap and bulky. The app is even worse. Very difficult to understand the readings because it literally only shows you the current day. Unless you fiddle around with the unclear tabs and sections. Don't get me started on the "assessment" that pushes you into a horribly synced AI video that feels like I'm at a doctors office watching the never-ending scroll across a monitor. The worst part is you can't exit the assessment if you accidentally hit the button you are locked into a three minute video. No exit button, no way to stop it except to kill the app.
Even more frustrating, is the fact that you have no ability to simply export your data! All of this "extra special stuff" that this monitor supposedly does, but no way to put that data out to share with a doctor. Instead I'm forced to use the rudimentary sync to Apple health.

### 1/5 — Device malfunction

*2025-05-19, version 1.7.3*

I sent an email requesting help on how reconnect the app with the device because my device got disconnected from the app and I cannot reconnect it, even though I got a case number, no one responded to my inquiry.

The second issue ‘inconsistent result’ although I did get a reply about this, but it is not helpful. I was asked to provide the email I used in purchasing the device, size of my arm and if I allowed to completely charge when I bought the device.

This is in no way helpful to me. I used my email to send the inquiry and Yes I did charge to 100% before the initial use.

I did use my wife’s arm to compare the accuracy because she have a smaller arm, so cuff size is not the issue.

### 1/5 — Apple Health?

*2025-02-26, version 1.5*

The app itself is fine…but the data cannot be shared with any outside health app. Will this be addressed? When can I upload to apple health?

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great information

*2026-03-25, version 1.8.5*

Easy to set up and sync with the Pulse device. Great information about my arterial health.

### 5/5 — Single user

*2026-03-22, version 1.8.5*

Needs multiple users. Or at least a way to delete a reading. If you have someone else use it it completely messes the whole thing up.

### 5/5 — Love The Data

*2026-03-19, version 1.8.5*

Love the data that this app provides in conjunction with the CONNEQT Pulse. What a powerful tool to track and monitor heart health.

### 5/5 — Love the app!

*2026-03-18, version 1.8.4*

If you own a CONNEQT Pulse, you already know how important it is to have this app to track your readings and stay consistent with your heart health. I personally love seeing my reports at the end of each month to see how my heart health is trending and making sure it’s trending in the right direction. I also appreciate the articles that the company posts within the app so I can stay updated with the latest in heart health news/discoveries. Very easy app to use and understand as well!

### 5/5 — Essential Information

*2025-12-01, version 1.8.2*

I purchased Conneqt Pulse and am impressed. I like information, and to understand potential or existing underlying health issues. Knowing SEVR, Augmentation Pressure, Central Pulse Pressure, in addition to Brachial and Central Blood Pressure has opened the door to staying on top of heart health.
I had a STEMI two years ago, but each person is unique. In my case it wasn’t caused by significant coronary artery disease but instead by overtraining - getting my heart rate in exercise significantly above the recommended maximum. After a stent and subsequent ablation, my heart seems to be behaving as it did before the STEMI, but I am staying on top of all cardiological recommendations.
Conneqt is designed to give you information to share with one’s cardiologist. But, I see my cardiologist once or twice a year. I want to monitor my heart function between doctor appointments, and Conneqt is an additional tool to help me do that.

### 5/5 — Meaningful heart health data

*2025-11-29, version 1.8.2*

Really glad to see CONNEQT taking the same technology from a $25,000 professional device and making it accessible to everyday people.

As a health researcher, there’s so much more to monitoring heart health than just blood pressure numbers.

I especially like the assessment that gives me a snapshot of how my entire cardiovascular system is working.

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2025-05-25, version 1.7.4*

I’ve been using the Conneqt Pulse device for a month now and it’s changed the way I look at BP. It gives you the regular pressure and pulse readings, but the rest of the parameters kind of blew me away. I really appreciate the holistic view on cardiovascular health and have valued getting to understand what each of the parameters mean for me.

The app is great, especially for storing readings over time. Maybe others do that now, too, but my not-so-old Omron does not. Pairing was almost too easy (it happened so fast I thought I screwed it up). The tabs and screens are intuitive. The results are presented on screens for heart health, arterial health, and brain health. That's cool, but I wish they had included one summary screen where all of the parameters are shown in one place.

The device itself is a modern take on a BP device. It's as simple to use as a "regular" BP device, but the screens do a nice job of showing all your results without being busy.

This thing is like the smartphone - now that I have this, I can't go back to the old one.

### 5/5 — Great App and Device

*2025-02-10, version 1.4*

The app looks sleek and modern. I love the additional data and insight that I get around my blood pressure and heart health.

### 5/5 — Not your mom’s blood pressure monitor

*2025-02-06, version 1.4*

This device is a game-changer not just for people who need to track their blood pressure and the other important markers like arterial stiffness but also for anyone who tracks their overall health. If you have a whoop or an oura ring you should definitely add one of these to your health monitoring routine too.

### 5/5 — A Full Picture of my Heart Health

*2025-01-31, version 1.4*

The Pulse and CONNEQT App are completely changing the way I monitor my heart health. The Pulse gives me detailed insights into my arterial health, and the app makes it simple to track trends in my readings over time—without having to wait for a doctor’s visit.

Having this information at my fingertips keeps me motivated to make healthier choices. The seamless connection between the device and app gives me a full picture of my heart health, making it easier to stay on top of my wellness. If you’re looking for a smarter way to take control of your health, this is it.
