## What is CoNotes?

CoNotes: Collaborative Event & Note Management

Stop the group chat chaos. Start coordinating with CoNotes.

Planning a group trip, a wedding, a team project, or just a dinner with friends? CoNotes is the all-in-one workspace designed to keep everyone on the same page. From real-time note syncing to automated expense tracking, manage every detail of your event in one seamless, collaborative environment.

WHY CONOTES?
Most group events fail because information is scattered across messy chats and endless spreadsheets. CoNotes replaces the noise with a structured, real-time hub where every member knows their role, every task is assigned, and every expense is accounted for.

KEY FEATURES:

1. REAL-TIME COLLABORATION

Live Syncing: See updates the moment they happen. Whether it’s a shopping list or a venue itinerary, everyone stays in the loop.

Shared Workspace: A unified view for all members ensures no detail is missed and no task is duplicated.

2. INSTANT GROUP JOINING

QR Code Invites: No more manual entry. Admins can generate a secure QR code for any event. Just scan, and you’re in.

Member Roles: Assign members as Admins or standard Members to manage permissions and keep your event data secure.

3. SMART BILL STATISTICS

Expense Tracking: Log costs directly within your notes. CoNotes automatically aggregates totals for the entire event.

Transparent Splitting: View total bills and member contributions at a glance. No more awkward math at the end of the night.

4. ORGANIZED WORKSPACES

Task Assignment: Designate "Payers" and "Assignees" for every note to ensure accountability.

Account Portability: Your data is tied to your email. Easily recover your workspace on any device using a secure email verification code.
