## What is CONPASS?

【CONPASS - The app that makes contact lens purchase easy and comfortable】
CONPASS, quick & easy way to buy contact lens at the store by simply showing QR code. 

Inconvenient consent forms when buying contact lenses can now be done for free within this app.

Any purchase history, whether it will be store or product detail, can be checked within the app easily.

CONPASS compatible stores are expanding nationwide, including drug stores and contact lens stores.

【How to use】
1.  Open the app.
2. Tap Register.
3. At Terms of Use & Privacy Policy, tap Agree (the content can be accessed later).
4. Input E-mail address and Password.
5. For Customer Information, please input the information in the required fields. Press Confirm.
6. Read Disclaimer then input the information in the required area. 
Then, press Agree.
7.  Input your regular medical institution for ophthalmology.
8. Tap Start to complete.
9. From top screen, tap Agree and Proceed
10. After confirming Disclaimer and input required information.  Press Confirm and Show QR to proceed.
11. Show QR code to the shop staff.

アプリから退会手続きが出来ないのでとても怪しい…
サポートセンターにメールすること自体も怖すぎる。

少なくとも1〜2年は実装を待っているのですが、実装予定は無いのでしょうか。noteや運営会社ホームページ、Twitterなどにも特に記載が無く、web検索をしてもアプリ対応店舗が出てこないので利用者として非常に不便です。
アプリに機能を実装しないとしても一覧で見られるwebページや何かしらの場所を作ってくださると大変助かります。

メガネを購入し、コンタクトを買う予定がなくなったため、退会申請をメールで行いました。
アプリからの退会申請はまだ実装されておらず、今回はメールでご対応頂きましたが、迅速にご対応頂きありがとうございました。
アプリ自体はとても利便性が高いと思います。
また機会があれば是非登録させて頂きたいと思います。

登録情報を削除したいのに、
アプリから出来ない。

運営会社へのメールは返信なし
規約に記載の電話番号は
対応できるオペレーター不在と繋がりません。

このような不透明な管理状態のアプリに
個人情報を登録したこと、後悔しています。

早く対応して下さい。

たまたま通りがかりの大手ドラックストア（ダイコクドラッグ）でコンパスを知り、インストールしました。確かにめっちゃ簡単だけど、使用できる店舗がどこにあるのか？検索機能も付けて欲しいです。
