Although I love this game, the dice algorithm is really wild. I’m. I’m not sure if anything can be done to fix it, because I get that there is a randomized element programmed into it. But I’ve never seen dice act like this before. Too many times does a 1 successfully defend itself against 9 troops. And I don’t know if it’s purposely favoring the defender or what. But I think this needs to be looked into.

Good game. Well thought out. Ignore the negative 3* review from 10 years ago. Those criticisms no longer apply. My minor complaints: 1. Is there a way to see the whole map in one view? 2. Does the free version only include one map?

If I have an army with a sizable advantage there shouldn’t be any way that my opponent should win the die toss but yet in this game I can have 10 armies vs 1 army and still lose the battle completely.  Game would be much better is this part of game wasn’t so bad.  Risk app is much better but then it’s loaded with ads where you spend more time watching ads than playing.  This app on the other hand no ads but you got improve the odds when rolling the dice.

Appreciate the hard work, and its framework is decent - but the maths are awfully stacked.  These probabilities are insane - like a stacked Vegas dice against the user at all times.

5/5 game. Simple and addicting.
I want to suggest a new game mechanic. The dev should add a “secret mission” objective that is included in new RISK games. The player must secretly conquer three continents in order to win.
The dev could also add a “capital capture” objective in which a player must conquer a specific territory in order to defeat an opponent.
These features will add more layers of strategic depth to the game. Something to think about.

It really is a wonderful little game, but I have one quibble. I play on the highest level, and yes, the easiest way to win is to take Australia first. I long since stopped this strategy, as it is too easy to win. For taking Australia, you receive FIVE ARMIES, which is just, but a harder path to victory is by taking South America, for which you also only receive five armies. This is very unfair, since taking South America is much harder, requiring you to fight a war on two fronts. Personally, I feel that the conquest of South America deserves at least 7 armies, since the A.I. will probably have already got it’s grip on not only Australia, but a lot of Asia, and catch up is most difficult.

I like this game. But the continents aren’t very well defined on some maps. Can these be better defined somehow? Hard to strategize when I don’t know where to go for extra armies.

Great game overall. I really enjoy it. I wish there was a way to turn off the word bubbles as they are annoying. I wish the AI would be improved and make smarter choices, too many times it’s choices do not make any sense.

Whatever method you’re using to generate “random” numbers for the dice seems flawed. It really shouldn’t be as common as it currently is to have an army of 12+ lose to an army of 3.

Sean has rigged this game so the dice are always against you. He is a cheater who wastes your time and effort.   I saw Sean’s response and he is being dishonest.   Too many agree with with me.  This game is rigged.   Sean cheats

Concept good, but at higher levels game designer just manipulates dice percentages in games favour rather than improving computer ability. Lazy programming. It makes for a frustrating game when you sit on 40% win rate or lower at 3 dices to 2.

What the flip did I just play? I put it on master mode and the AI was only programmed to attack me and no one else. Really bizarre. Felt like I was back playing this freeware on windows 95. Really rough.

A bug developed where armies disappear….
The number indicating occupying strength is no longer visible and then the next turn it they no longer exist. 
Not the result of battle. The number simply stops being visible and the armies no longer exist. 
Please address.

AI is really badly balanced. User interface is cheap and ugly looking. Looks like it was a rush job to just get anything out and grab some cash. Played for a day or so and deleted.

To sum it up it’s a tacky, poorly made app that you are not going to keep for long so better to just avoid in the first place.

The dice is truly random so yes you will lose sometimes. Anyone who has played the actual physical board game will know this. This game is amazing and for free.

I emailed Sean the developer and he had to put 2 listings up for the games. If you previously bought the additional maps, scroll down in the listed app store game and find conquest + all maps and download

I love risk and all your games Sean and I love this game so classic and no rigged dice the dice is random I don’t understand any of the “rigged” dice there is none it’s random I would recommend this game for risk players

By far, the best Risk game app I’ve had over the years. Only thing I’d suggest is that any surrender should be calculated as a defeat. And pls add more geographical maps, there’s so much to explore! Keep the good work!
