## What is ConSer Mobile?

ConSer Mobile is the companion app to ConSer Field Service Management software. Connect your workforce in the field to the head office with this native app.

With ConSer, you have total control over every aspect of your business: Manage clients, contracts, equipment, estimates, technician scheduling and routing and much more.  And all from your favorite device, anywhere, anytime.

With ConSer Mobile, field technicians can:

Manage their schedule
- See and edit service calls
- Access past and future calls
- Access unassigned calls
- Live reporting of workforce location

Manage their service calls
- Update service calls status
- Edit service attributes, i.e: actions, notes, memos and bills of materials
- Manage service and client files, i.e: contracts, photographs, etc.

Notification Customers
- Notify clients based on service state changes
