Please try again later.” *2023-08-18* App is usually reliable for account transfers amd online deposits. But when I try to check my checking transactions I often get a message “Sorry, this feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later.” I consistently get that same message every time I attempt to check my credit card details using the app. This has gone on for months now. I hoped it would improve with the last update but after a few weeks of smooth functioning the problem returned. I tried to check my credit card account online via my computer (not using the app) and faced similar problems. However, everytime the app updates, I lose my Touch ID ability. To fix this issue, their IT has told me that I need to delete the app and reinstall it. I really love this app...when it works. I know have it set up correctly and I know my passwords, but it keeps logging me out and won’t let me login!
