Also Touch ID support stops working after a little bit of inactivity with the app. It wouldn’t be inactive if this app was updated once in awhile! ### 1/5 — Annoyed! 😡 *2018-11-30, version 18.2.71* It keeps logging me out without me doing it. Then when I try to login, it tells me my credentials are invalid and to contact you. It’s after hours....I can’t contact anyone! I feel like I’m being hacked!! This keeps happening!! I really love this app...when it works. I know have it set up correctly and I know my passwords, but it keeps logging me out and won’t let me login! Super frustrated! 😡😤 ### 2/5 — General them: “Sorry, this feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later.” *2023-08-18* App is usually reliable for account transfers amd online deposits. But when I try to check my checking transactions I often get a message “Sorry, this feature is currently unavailable. Please try again later.” I consistently get that same message every time I attempt to check my credit card details using the app. This has gone on for months now. I hoped it would improve with the last update but after a few weeks of smooth functioning the problem returned. I tried to check my credit card account online via my computer (not using the app) and faced similar problems. Frustrating and disappointing. ### 3/5 — Deposit history *2022-02-15, version 21.2.70* I can’t see my deposit transaction history for very long. Does sync with the online system to see check images online etc. ### 3/5 — Touch ID issues *2020-11-06, version 20.1.200* The app works great and has all the features that I know I need. However, everytime the app updates, I lose my Touch ID ability. To fix this issue, their IT has told me that I need to delete the app and reinstall it. This is a big inconvenience that has now happened multiple times. ### 5/5 — Easy, Peasy, the way it should be! *2023-04-07* I love using the Conservation Credit Union. I do wish I could set up a month transfer to another CECU member with a memo through the app though.
