Won’t even let me log in

Used the app to make payments in the past but now I can’t log in. Very frustrating when just trying to pay off debt.

My apartment complex just switched over to this company and it’s awful. The website doesn’t let me pay the my bill and the app won’t let me log in. No response from customer service yet.

Difficult to sign up. Difficult to see my bill. Difficult to pay my bill. Have to call anyway and I end up paying late fees. I'll be pushing my apartment management to stitch services.
