## What is Consignment Ledger?

Consignment Ledger is a local inventory, sales, and revenue-split tool for small consignment shops. No account or network connection is required; shop and transaction records stay on your device.

Key features:
• Manage consignors, items, list prices, minimum prices, and split percentages
• Scan or search for an item to record a sale
• Freeze item and split snapshots at the time of sale so later setting changes do not rewrite history
• Preserve an audit-friendly trail with refunds, reversals, and settlement adjustments
• Create settlement records by consignor and reduce duplicate payouts
• Review sales, pending amounts, and period split reports
• Import and export CSV, plus complete JSON backup and restore
• Export item-label and settlement-statement PDFs
• Add item and defect photos
• Support dark mode, Dynamic Type, optional Face ID app lock, Simplified Chinese, and English
