I have an iPhone 16pro and it’s 4 months old!!! The app is hopeless. I don’t get OTP it doesn’t work! The app just buffers continuously. Only problem is the most poorly designed verification process in history. After calling the helpline and being told i’d be refunded, they only refunded me 6 minutes. A waste of time driving down, fuel and sunbed cream. You’d think they had some better customer service for the inconvenience. ### 1/5 — Worst sign up process ever *2026-04-30, version 3.4.74* Easily the worst sign up process ever. I tried five or six times, taking pictures of myself, all sorts of different angles, pictures, video, ID. It breaks down at the end, it says it’s not appropriate, you do it, you do it perfectly, it doesn’t work. Absolute rubbish, honestly.
