Only problem is the most poorly designed verification process in history. Of course they tell you that your data is safe and I’m confident they will even respond to this review but seriously, where do you think they’re making money from if it’s not your data because I can assure you it isn’t from sunbeds! Reply or not, you only have to google ‘data breaches’ to see it’s an accident waiting to happen. I want 7mins on a sunbed…. Not access to the latest NASA technology!!! I have now entered my details to try and set up an account five times without success. App keeps freezing during the verification process despite me force quitting every other app on my phone and restarting the handset. When the app accesses the video camera to record the spoken statement you have to be standing on the surface of the sun otherwise the video is too dark - to the point of being almost black. When you take a photo of your ID it doesn’t know what camera lens to use on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and you cannot pinch zoom or choose a different zoom lens. The result is that if you align the ID edges to the box it’s hopelessly out of focus. If you move the phone away from the ID to reach the focal point when the text is sharp, it’s too far away to be read. If you can fool the app enough to fudge your way through these stages, then when you click on the ‘verify email’ link it just doesn’t work, and keeps saying that your email isn’t verified even though you clicked on it and it takes you from your email back into the app. In fact this app singularly fails at every single thing it’s supposed to do. Still can’t verify my account to complete the process, so I cannot use the company’s facilities. You’ve lost a customer, because your app DOES NOT WORK. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work /register *2024-08-01, version 2.1.3* Gets stuck each time on the ID section. Have checked junk mail ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Please avoid *2026-08-12, version 3.4.83* This company think they can suspend your account without refunding your credit, its happened twice now the first time i got wrongly accused of mistreating the rooms and i had £92 credit on my account, it took them 3 weeks to give me a explanation and they decided to unblock my account, few months later happens again while i got £30 credit on there, sent me a email saying im banned for 3 months but no talk about refunding me, apparently i was having a conversation with a women in there who always makes conversation and took something the wrong way and got offended, a bit pathetic to be honest as they instigate the personal conversation, i just want to have my sunbed as not interested in how they are, but anyway got banned for something very minor so im just warning everyone from my experience please dont buy credit to top up your account as if you get suspended for what ever reason you will never get it back, maybe im just unlucky but im not happy with this treatment ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2026-06-27, version 3.4.83* I find it absolutely ridiculous how many things you have to do just to get logged into the app, video record yourself, photograph yourself, photo your ID.
