You, as a tenant, cannot cancel the direct debit. They’ll just keep charging you. Tenants beware, I’d demand a paper based condition report from your landlord or agency and keep your own seperate photographs, don’t allow them to force you to use this scam application which has been designed to benefit everyone but the tenant.
