The most basic thing an app can do is to login a it failed in the basic 1 st step ### 1/5 — No condition report *2025-04-22, version 4.7.1* Can’t download the condition report, didn’t receive a copy of the condition report as it’s stated, can’t see the pictures I took as it doesn’t save on my phone at the same time. I couldn’t sign in for days I had to keep going back to my building manager for access issues, the company itself offer no support they just tell you the building manager has to do it, I get in to do an entry report and I can’t add any comments to the report 😂 my brother can’t get access to the app now we just opted for a paper copy. Just give up on the app guys start again ### 1/5 — Scam - Beware *2025-04-02, version 4.7.1* Warning! Once you have put in your bank details, you cannot change them, as they want to get their failed fee of $14 out of you. If you enter the wrong details it does not allow you to change it and they will charge you. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-04-01, version 4.7.1* Can’t find anything! Invoices aren’t anywhere to be found ### 1/5 — Scam app *2025-03-19, version 4.7.1* App doesn’t function the way your landlord asks you to function it. ### 1/5 — Worst *2025-02-21, version 4.7.0* Wouldn’t let me use it until I updated it then would come up with an error after updating, tried uninstalling and now I can’t even log in, need to put in the inspection but can’t because the app doesn’t work. Super disappointed. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-12-24, version 4.6.3* What an absolutely useless app. Does not keep up with reality. Don’t get notifications that rent on my storage unit is due. It doesn’t even record the payments made accurately. Perhaps the real estate agent is not doing their bit properly? I don’t know but in any case tge user experience is rubbish. ### 1/5 — Slow, ineffective, and parasitic *2024-11-25, version 4.6.3* This app, and similar services, are parasitic to both renters and landlords, and no more efficient for property managers than good old-fashioned email. This service in particular is shoddily designed, slow and clunky to use, and, once again, is no more efficient for living in, managing, or renting out property than good old-fashioned email. I’ve enjoyed exactly zero aspects of needing to use this app and the associated service, and I suggest you avoid it at all costs, whether you’re a landlord, PM, or tenant. ### 1/5 — Always errors logging in *2024-09-26, version 4.6.1* Always errors logging in ### 1/5 — This app is broken *2024-07-15, version 4.6.0* I have not been able to log in to my account since the last update When asking for a password reset, the email never arrives (not even in my junk file) Absolutely useless 😡 ### 1/5 — Not Designed for Tenants *2024-03-10, version 4.5.0* This app is an absolute horrific experience for any tenant. Obviously it was designed with property managers and landlords in mind, because tenants don’t even get notifications for maintenance request “updates” (which also can’t be seen), and don’t have any ability to add comments or replies when the maintenance issues are downplayed/ignored/not fixed. This app just lets agencies remove tenant emails from their inbox and let them stew in this useless, placating sandbox. There have been suggested features in reviews from years ago (with positive developer responses) that still don’t exist because the app isn’t about us. They don’t care about our experience which is why it’s a buggy, feature-poor app. If you’ve had to download this for your rental lease I’m sorry, it’s not going to get any better. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work, waste of time. *2024-02-13, version 4.5.0* Constant errors whenever trying to view details. Now can’t even login after the latest update - even tried resetting my password. Not button to proceed ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The kept charging me rent after my tenancy and you can’t cancel direct debit *2026-07-20, version 4.7.4* Yup, my tenancy finished and this app kept charging me rent after I cancelled the contract and even got my bond back. You, as a tenant, cannot cancel the direct debit. They’ll just keep charging you. Why the hell do I have to log in each time? Absolutely unacceptable and illegal. Tenants beware, I’d demand a paper based condition report from your landlord or agency and keep your own seperate photographs, don’t allow them to force you to use this scam application which has been designed to benefit everyone but the tenant. We just found out we are actually entitled to pay rent a fee free way so want to actually cancel the payments from The app entirely but we can’t do that either. There’s NO help online, no direct email for console Tennant, and no phone number to call. Our property manager is not very tech savvy and likely won’t know how to fix it either so we are stuck ## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Nifty *2021-09-01, version 3.6.1* Pretty awesome to see your agreement and contact your property manager all in one place ### 3/5 — It’s.. okay *2025-01-13, version 4.6.3* As a tenant, console tenant is fairly easy to set up..if that’s all you need to do. As other reviews have stated, it doesn’t make it easy for tenants to track maintenance requests etc. Additionally, you should really always be able to see a copy of your contract in there. My rent has also just gone up but the app is bugged and won’t allow me to update my payment. It shows up a darkened screen as if it is loading something and then that disappears and nothing happens. Has the potential to be good but just isn’t at the moment. ### 3/5 — Currently has bugs *2024-01-27, version 4.4.1* Not working in iOS ### 3/5 — No history *2023-01-24, version 4.2.0* The app is great except it doesn’t help tenants keep track of how long a request had been sitting there before the PM did something with it. We need a paper trail so when we need to escalate we have the dates on hand. This NEEDs to be fixed and the information needs to be accessible to tenants, please fix this and make sure we can see when we lodged maintenance requests. ### 2/5 — Would rather a website for most things *2024-05-19, version 4.6.0* While taking photos in the app for the condition report was a nice option it was annoying not being able to see it on a large screen (computer) before submitting. Also I can no longer see condition report in app and never received a final copy nor had an option to download or export. Photos taken in the app aren’t able to be saved to the phone simultaneously. ### 2/5 — Insufficient banking information input *2023-11-01, version 4.3.1* I have only just commenced using this app and set up DD only to find that when I wanted change the details as to exactly what part of the account the funds come from was not able to edit/input this information as it only gives you the basic option to put in the account number and not an offset account attached to a main account for example account number 123456 F1.1 Would like to see this improved to allow flexibility as to account options as I feel this is not an uncommon thing for people to support budgeting needs. ### 2/5 — Console tenant *2023-09-25, version 4.3.1* I have downloaded the app….
