Yo why don’t you fix your app? You have a 1.5 star rating. I can’t even see my tickets on the app. There’s no way to request refunds. App is slow and glitchy. Please be better

It’s always mind-boggling to me when a new app is somehow worse than its predecessor. Especially when rolling out a membership program… So disappointing.

I had my extras card for a very long time and then I go to the theater one day and they tell me my card is worth worthless that I need to get another account so I go and and that doesn’t work either and now I can’t even use it anymore. I don’t know what happened to this company, but it’s really bad and I wish somebody would get on top of it.
The worst theater app anywhere.

This app no longer works at all. It doesn’t allow me to log in - no matter how many times I try, it just keeps loading the log in screen. So I can’t buy tickets on the app any longer. Also, just get rid of the masthead slider it keeps jumping the listings up and down which each slider that has a lower button. It’s really unnecessary and frustrating.

I have the latest version as of February 2026 and when I try to go to my account, the app crashes. I can’t access my digital gift cards so I can’t use them.

I downloaded the app and created a membership before purchasing tickets and concessions through the app. Both purchases show up on my account, but my account still says I have earned zero loyalty points. This app is stupid and doesn’t work. Customer service blames the app and won’t help you at the theater, even with receipts
