There’s a glitch where if you already have your home theater set and click on the showtimes for a different theater, it will show you the showtimes of your home theater. Gotta reload the app to fix this. Chicken tender basket states it comes with 1 sauce, but then it says you have to select two to move on. Then on the sauces area, it says “select two free sauces” but then all the sauces are 50 cents except for ketchup and no sauce. It even applies it when you check out. This is just the chicken tenders now, I didn’t check to see the other food items. Like did you guys proof read or test this out? If you’re trying to slowly transfer to online, this is not a great start. But I love your guys’ theaters and service though, very clean and organized, i’d give that 5 stars ### 2/5 — Confusing *2023-05-05* So, maybe it’s just me but I’ve bought several theater tickets and just noticed non of them actually counted towards any reward. I remember asking the guy behind the counter about it and he took down my phone number and said he would apply that points towards the account but still has not (several months ago) At this point, I’m not exactly sure how to get the rewards to apply to my account. I feel like it shouldn’t be so hard, it should be automatic. I shouldn’t have to make sure I ask the agent to apply my points. ### 2/5 — Cannot use App to pay in person *2022-06-10, version 1.8.1* There is no way to pay through the app in person. That matters because I have gift cards with hundreds of dollars on it stored as a method of payment on the app and the only way I can use it is to order tickets through the app. That matters because there is a large fee when buying tickets through the app. None of the employees could figure out how to make it work. They just said the barcode is in the email. I deleted the email once I figured out how to store the gift card as a method of payment on the app! PLEASE UPDATE THE APP! Also, why charge a fee for ordering tickets through the app? I can’t log in from the app but I can log in from the website. What’s going on team? Can someone help update the app or something? I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling 3 times. ### 2/5 — Rewards not tracked *2021-06-05, version 1.7.3* The app is fine except it doesn’t do the rewards correctly. For some reason it tells me how far past an extra value combo for all eternity I guess. In The theater they tell me I have a free movie admission, but the app just says I’m 77 points to an extra value combo (where really it’s 77 points past one). So I guess I always just have to ask. Be nice if it got fixed ### 3/5 — Military Discount *2021-04-23, version 1.7.2* wish there was a prt where you can add the military affiliated part to receive a discount instantly, instead of having to go to the counter in person, and show your ID each time. Then redo the purchasing process all over again. And miss out on better seating ### 2/5 — Redeemable Rewards *2019-12-25, version 1.6.4* The App is is good, except it’s really crappy that you can’t redeem reward points when you want. This app is suppose to be convenient but it’s super inconvenient that you have to carry around paper print out of the rewards you can next time... please be convenient like Regal’s App rewards programs. ### 1/5 — Bad with money *2019-11-01, version 1.6.21* I missed the first 20 minutes of my movie because NOBODY including the manager could figure out how to use my city card credit that is in this app to buy food. They said if I didn’t put my gift card in the app, I could’ve used the leftover credit to buy food. So the $50 I have left, I can’t spend it on anything but tickets. ### 1/5 — Ads hinder ticket purchases. *2019-10-14, version 1.6.21* There are now ads in the app. Worst experience because the ads are selected when you scroll through the movie listings. It also appears to slow the app down. This maybe the deciding factor to use only Regal theaters. ### 3/5 — Missing Reward Points *2019-09-17, version 1.6.1* I have seen 5 movies at your theaters within 7 months and I purchased them online using my consolidated card number. However I have not been credited points for any of the movies I have seen nor the food and drinks that I bought to enjoy the movie. This is not fair for what should be credited to my account. You’re better off just going to the theaters to buy rather than ahead. Every time I exit the app, I have to re-login. And what makes it even worse is, if I don’t use the app the buy tickets in the next month, all my points get wiped to 0 again and I lose literally everything. If this place doesn’t want to give their loyal customer discounts, just say that! Instead of making people get an account on a horribly maintained app. If this theater wasn’t one of the only options in Hawaii, I would stop going to them completely. ### 1/5 — Some Food Okay, But not everything *2022-08-10, version 1.8.3* Aloha , for upper management, Some Food Okay, But not others stuff/ thing ; for samples: 1) the seats isn’t comfortable and badly torn up on the arms areas. 2) lots of bugs flying around. 3) your Apps don’t connect the membership account number online “Auto “, I have to keep repeat entry 3 times. You got to get better Technology system or upgrade your system !!!!! 4) if you guys want more business for people to join the membership??!? Then, if you wanted to order food and you wanted to choose a combo, it will show you an internal error, that’s forcing you to purchase the popcorn and the drinks separately, forcing you to pay a higher price through the app. Unacceptable…. The ATOM app was waaaayyyy better, and was ahead of its time. This app is a joke! ### 1/5 — App is full of Bugs! *2022-05-29, version 1.8.1* App is extremely buggy and out of date. I spent a good chunk of time working with the Olina Manager at one location trying to get a rewards card added to this app but with no success. After a few cards, still errors. Admittedly, other patrons experienced this. She said she would email the rewards company(?) App has a corporate number that is wrong and out of date. You’ll get disconnected when you call it. When you try and click on “rate this app” from within the app, it does nothing. I though it’s was not complete and try to booking again immediately. But my and my so. seat already appear sold. I try to find out how I can check confirmation. Terrible app and shouldn’t advertise that if it doesn’t work in the first place. ### 1/5 — IOS App won’t accept login credentials *2021-11-14, version 1.7.6* The Consolidated Theater iOS app will not let me log in, and I tried on several devices. I AM able to login utilizing a web browser, but the app refuses to recognize my credentials. I have tried resetting the password, resetting the app, reinstalling the app (on all devices) and it still will not let me log in. Very frustrating. Is there a magic trick that will fix this, and help my review go from a 1-star to a 4-star or 5-star? The website works very well, I had no issues logging in here to buy tickets, pick seats, or look at their substantial menu options (food and boozy drinks!). But if you have an app, and it doesn’t work, fix it or get rid of it. ### 1/5 — Love their theaters, hate this app. *2021-11-06, version 1.7.5* I’ve been using this app on and off for a few years now and am still running into the same types of issues, can’t hit accept sometime during vaccination T&A, can never get a payment to go through, doesn’t look optimized for iPhone 12 max screen. Random errors pop up every time i use this app. If i use fandango’s app i have zero problems!! Payment goes through every time without timeout errors. It’s a shame because i want my reward points with consolidated. You’d think after all of these years they’d have it figured out by now. It took a few months to get approved after filling out the information through the app but it’s so nice not having to wait in long lines to get tickets at military rates. But it would be helpful if there was a section to see what my order was on the actual app. If I didn’t get an email confirmation of my food then I wouldn’t have been able to prove that my kids meal did come with drinks and I ordered a medium drink on the side because the way their system worked was that it only printed what food items they needed to obtain for my order, not beverages. Also, they need to change their rewards program. If I have enough points why can’t I use them whenever I want to?
