Also, fees are charged for purchases that were made with available funds, which then puts account at a negative balance! Such a horrible experience with the PFCU/CCCU Merger. ### 1/5 — Updated and no longer works *2022-01-15* I updated this app, and now it no longer works at all. The link for assistance takes you to an error page on the bank’s website. ### 1/5 — Asks almost every day for password *2020-02-18* iPhone se, iOS 13, Asks very often “been a while since you have been logged in”, although I was successfully logged in 3 hours ago. Annoying ### 1/5 — Garbage. Breaks password manager compatibility *2020-01-23* I use a password manager to ensure I have long, secure passwords. The old version of this app, while generally a pain, at least was compatible with iOS’s third party password management system. This version, like the website, is stupidly not. It requires you to enter a user name separately from the password (in a very strange field) for no apparent reason other than to break password managers. Ugh. Now the app and the website are both a pain in the neck to log into. I may switch credit unions just because of the inconvenience. ### 3/5 — Notifications are…..slow *2024-05-09* I set notifications to alert me in the app whenever there is a deposit. The only time I get the alert is after I open the app and open the account to see recent activity. So I’ve opened the app and see my deposits there and then I suddenly get the alerts. How about I get an alert at the time of the transaction instead of at the exact moment I’m opening the app and looking to see if I’ve gotten any deposits?? ### 4/5 — Great Design *2023-03-01* Refreshingly simple to use, great to look at.
