### 4/5 — Great app but needs buttons moved

*2026-07-26, version 8.4*

The app is wonderful, however the buttons are NOT in ideal locations if you suffer from a tremor. For example: the calculator, you have the done button right below the equal button. It needs to be moved somewhere else. My husbands tremor gets in the way often and sadly hits the wrong button. That frustrates him.

### 4/5 — Great education tool

*2026-06-21, version 8.4*

I’m Rodger’s daughter, and we love the Constant Therapy program. It’s user-friendly, and the level-based structure helps him see his progress in reconnecting words, improving memory, and advancing through exercises.

At 88, Rodger had a stroke that caused global aphasia. This program has been very helpful in his recovery.

However, his limited vision—he’s legally blind in one eye—and the fact that not all accessibility features on the MacBook Air work on the program except the pointer are drawbacks.

Despite these challenges, he loves the exercises and stays dedicated, even using a magnifying glass.
Thanks!

### 4/5 — Cannot chatting

*2026-06-01, version 8.3.1*

Cannot have a chat

### 4/5 — Incredible

*2026-05-19, version 8.3.1*

I love almost each and every one of these games. Plus, the ones that are too hard, bump you down to an easier level. Truly a wicked groovy set of games.

### 3/5 — Work

*2026-04-22, version 8.3.1*

Your tasks are getting too tedious for me😔 I mean I can do them…… it’s just the fact that the repetition is getting old. Now,granted the fact is repeating things does help, but it’s just so frustrating!!

### 3/5 — System not working

*2025-05-23, version 8.0*

The problem with the system is it doesn’t work properly look at the email we sent to you not a happy customer Harold

### 5/5 — The only comprehensive therapy

*2025-05-01, version 8.0*

There is no other therapy software that provides the dosage and intensity that patients need to get better and see improved outcomes!

### 4/5 — Awesome but….

*2025-04-20, version 8.0*

I would have given this app 5 stars up until a few days ago. It’s now freezing and I keep having to close and reopen it. The app and phone have been updated. Please fix!
On to the app itself, my husband had a. Moderate to severe stroke 8 months ago. I cannot tell you how much my husband has benefited from it. He has been working on it everyday day since 10/24 and has completed almost 14,000 exercises. It has been an amazing adjunct to his speech and occupational therapy. The progress reports and graph have been incredibly helpful to us and his therapists. He does this app without a therapist monitoring it.

### 5/5 — Work

*2025-04-16, version 7.2*

You are very thorough in your work with me and I would like to thank you for that…even though sometimes it seems too hard, I understand and appreciate it. Thanks 💪🏼

### 5/5 — Constant Therapy has helped me so much through my recovery!

*2025-04-10, version 7.2*

Constant Therapy is more than just just an app, their Support Team has been so helpful and I love that when I need help I get to talk to a real person who’s extremely friendly and does not judge me for my trouble speaking!

### 5/5 — Speech Therapy without a Speech Therapist!

*2025-03-25, version 7.2*

This app is incredible and so thoughtfully designed. It has been an affordable option for me since my formal speech therapy ended. I can continue making progress even outside of outpatient and rehab!

### 2/5 — Need Therapist to participate

*2024-12-03, version 7.0*

I am one year out of stroke and no longer need a speech therapist however, I still have resolving aphasia making it difficult to formulate some words/remember some words. Had this app briefly but could never access it and I don’t know why. It would be a fantastic app and I would rate 4-5 stars except the app is not for those who have no speech therapist. It helped me a lot, but I need more work. Maybe if developers made an app that does not require a therapist then more people could benefit from it. Sad.

### 5/5 — Love my therapy sessions

*2024-10-14, version 7.0*

Love it 👍

### 5/5 — Life Changing & Highly Recommended

*2024-09-28, version 7.0*

To me this program immensely helps me achieve my cognitive goals on more levels than I deemed imaginable. It’s enormously helpful for those of us who’ve gone through traumatic brain injuries/strokes, and the like.
The programs are easy to follow and offer gentle, encouraging feedback w/o ever making me feel stupid.
Oh, and customer support is epic!! A must for any aging brain, I feel. I’ve subscribed & shall continue to use Constant Therapy for as long as possible!!

### 4/5 — Very helpful to me

*2024-09-20, version 7.0*

I had a stroke 3 1/2 years ago. I used Constant Therapy for quite a while. It definitely helped. I still have many problems but now, it is called ‘mild aphasia’. The trouble is, that this is still isolating. I did a LOT of my homework’ but I want to do different things.

Everyone is different I know, but having to see the improvements as I got a bit better, it gave me more encouragement. I’m so glad my husband bought it for me.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Way too expensive

*2026-05-27, version 8.3.1*

The app has basic exercises and is far too expensive

### 1/5 — Wouldn’t let me cancel free trial

*2024-10-18, version 7.0*

I installed this app to try it out with the free trial. I tried in every area on my account to cancel the free trial because it wasn’t what I was looking for. In order to cancel, I had to first sign up for a plan- which it immediately charged me for the first month. $29.99 for an app that I did not want.

### 1/5 — Not for everyone

*2023-05-23, version 6.0.4*

Thank god there is a free trial. After the training and just partway into the first segment I realized if I ever started another session on this app I would be throwing my phone across the room in frustration. Hopefully it can help somebody.

(before a recent stroke my IQ was 170. After the stroke the IQ is the same. I’m just having trouble articulating certain words I’m looking for in a timely fashion. Unfortunately while this mental delay is obviously to me, no one else seems to notice it. Still looking for an app that will assist with this apparently obscure issue)

### 1/5 — Thieves

*2021-01-09, version 5.0.7*

Just cancelled this app my wife was using until her death today. She was paid up through January 31. After I canceled, my Apple account was emptied out. Balance went from $14 or so to zero. I expect to see my credit card charged for another $11 to cover another month’s subscription. Crooks stealing from the dead.

### 1/5 — Didn’t even get to experience the trial

*2020-08-26, version 5.0.5*

App glitched very early in my trial so I spent more effort trying to get over that (with no success). Ironic that the app is for difficulties with communication following stroke.

### 1/5 — Can’t trust this

*2020-01-22, version 5.0.1*

I ended up not even signing up. No matter what I tried multiple places of text were not readable. I wouldn’t sign up for or agree to anything unless I had read every word during the process. As that was impossible with cut off words, sentences, and inaccessible links, I felt it better to not sign up and leave this review to warn others.

### 1/5 — Cost

*2019-08-11, version 4.9.4*

Should make people aware of cost before installing

### 1/5 — Hi

*2019-07-05, version 4.9.4*

Great app but hate the home work

### 1/5 — Had to cancel

*2019-01-28, version 4.7*

I downloaded and set up an account but couldn’t tell if by accepting the T&C I was signing up or if there was a trial period or free trial excercise. The link in the T&L to the pricing didn’t work, so I had to just logout and delete the game.

### 5/5 — This app had me speaking again!

*2025-09-08, version 8.2*

I had a stroke last May following brain surgery. It wasn’t completely unexpected, but at one point I was only able to say “I”. Frustrating! One of the speech people in the hospital recommended Constant Therapy. So I started doing the program up to two hours a day. I was in the hospital without much else to do! I also had my brother visiting and he was making me attempt to tell him childhood stories, so I don’t want to discount his efforts. But the app made is easy to see how much progress I was making. I went from a handful of words the sentences. I ended up not needing the in hospital intensive therapy because I was already so advanced and was able to be discharged. I continued using it for about a month, and which time I was just using out patient therapy. I was truly so helpful!
