## What is Constellate Atlas?

Upload any text — a sprawling novel, a history, a scripture — and Constellate charts every figure and how they relate, with short quotes from the text to prove it. An interactive map you can search, explore, and share. Never lose the thread again.

WHAT YOU GET
• A living constellation of the cast: every figure a node, sized by how often it appears in the text
• Relationship lines you can read at a glance — solid for kinship, dashed for unions and allegiances, dotted for social bonds
• Search and spotlight: find anyone in a 500-name cast in seconds
• Short evidence quotes under every figure — up to two per figure, fifty words each. The quotes point you to the page; your reading happens in the book.

HONEST ABOUT THE AI
The analysis is AI-generated, and AI can be wrong. That is exactly why the quotes are there: check the map against the text. On the Scholar plan you can also see the quote behind each relationship, and correct the record by hand — edits are marked, so you always know what changed.

HOW IT WORKS
Upload straight from the app — PDF, EPUB, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown, from Files or iCloud Drive — or on the web at constellate-atlas.app; your library is the same in both places. Parsing runs in the cloud, so you can put your phone away and the finished map will be waiting. Documents need real, selectable text (if you can select the words, we can map them — scans and photos can't be read yet). Share pages are public and interactive, and they expose only the derived map — your documents stay private, always.

PLANS — caps stated plainly, no surprises
• Free: 1 saved graph, 3 parses a month, up to a long short story or a play per document, a novella a month. Watermarked shares.
• Pro ($6.99/mo or $59/yr): 20 graphs, 15 parses a month, almost any novel per document — Moby-Dick fits — 3–4 novels a month, filters and focus, private figure notes, clean shares, and a more capable model doing the reading.
• Scholar ($19.99/mo or $199/yr): 50 graphs, 25 parses a month with deep parse (a second identity-verification pass), even War and Peace fits per document, a serious semester of reading each month, per-relationship evidence quotes, hand corrections, and study sets with class links and printable handouts.
• Institute ($1,990/yr, by invoice): 25 Scholar seats for a class or department.
Annual plans are 2 months free. And a fairness promise: a failed parse never counts against your meter.

MADE FOR
• Students untangling an assigned text — a comprehension aid for a book you're actually reading
• Book clubs meeting the cast before chapter one
• History and biography readers who want receipts, not vibes
• Teachers and club hosts walking a group through a cast, figure by figure

Explore before you commit: our demo graphs are built from public-domain texts — War and Peace (Maude translation), Middlemarch, Moby-Dick, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.
