## What is Consten?

Consten is a daily task tracker built around your preferences. Missed days are guilt-free, never failures.

Track one thing or forty. Set it up loud or quiet, strict or easy. No alarms, no guilt, no streak-shaming.

WHAT YOU GET
• A day that fills in: the card at the top of Today warms up as you check things off
• Once, or every day: a task can be standalone or repeat at any cadence you prefer
• Repeats that fit real life: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, down to exact days like the 1st and the 15th. A repeat can start and stop on the dates you choose
• Count what you do: give a task a number for the day and tick it up as you go. Link it to Health and your steps, time asleep, or workout minutes fill it in for you
• Say it how you'd say it: “Stretch every weekday morning” fills in a task named Stretch, repeating Monday to Friday, in the morning. Turning what you say into a task runs on your device, where Apple Intelligence is available
• Morning, afternoon, evening, or anytime: organize the day the way it actually happens
• Room for the details: break a task into steps, keep a note for the day, and attach a link, like a recipe or a bill
• Rest days that count as rest, not as broken streaks
• Time off you plan: pick the days you are away, and a break never reads as a run of failures
• A look you choose: build a theme from your own colors or your own photo, and have it take over at a time of day, at sunrise, or at sunset. Your Focus modes can have their own look too
• Your whole history, kept for as long as you use Consten: streaks, a heat map, and trends
• Widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen
• App Lock: ask for Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to open Consten, and choose which task names widgets keep while it is locked
• An Apple Watch companion, so your day travels with you
• Ask Siri what's left, or check something off by voice

REMINDERS, IF YOU WANT THEM
Nudges are off until you turn them on, task by task.

YOURS, ON EVERY DEVICE
Consten works fully offline. Subscribers can also turn on sync to back tasks up to an account and keep every device in step. Sync is optional, off until you switch it on, and included in the subscription.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No advertising. No third-party analytics. No tracking across apps or websites. Without sync, your tasks stay on your device. With sync on, the server copy is yours to download as a file or delete from Settings at any time.

THE TRIAL, PLAINLY
Consten is free for 14 days, no payment details needed to start. After that, one monthly subscription keeps Consten editable: adding, checking off, skipping, and editing. If you stop paying, Consten turns read-only. Nothing on your device is hidden or deleted, and your history stays readable.

Make it yours.
