Publicada en el Boletín Oficial del Estado el 29 de diciembre de 1978, aprobada por las Cortes el 31 de octubre de 1978. Sancionada por el Rey Don Juan Carlos I el 27 de diciembre de 1978 y ratificada por el pueblo español el 6 de diciembre de 1978. 

En la versión de la Constitución para el iPhone puede: correo electrónico con los títulos de la Constitución, editar y crear notas, añadir títulos a los Favoritos, controlar el tamaño de la fuente.
