This App is designed for Builders, Supervisors, Building Surveyors, Architects, Draftsman & Tradies.
Whatever it may be, Defect report, Inspection report, Condition report, this app creates a PDF report that allows you to take photos, write a brief and share with others.

It’s as easy as this.
Step 1 – take a photo of your plan
Step 2 – tap a marker onto your plan and note the issue
Step 3 – take a photo
Step 4 – write a brief description
Step 5 – Save and email it
Builders and Supervisors can use this to perform Final inspection reports, stage inspection reports, Maintenance reports to action with tradesmen.
Building Surveyors can use this for stage inspections, for example a Frame Inspection, the plan can be marked with photos and descriptions of member rectifications, or missing members.
Architects and draftsman can use this to take photos of existing conditions of dwellings that will be renovated, and provide a report with points of action towards structure changes and remodelling.
Tradesmen can take progress photos of work in progress and create a report from start to finish of a job.
