Al principio si entraba a la app pero ahora solo se queda con el logo de cargando y de allí no pasa

La pantalla de la app se ve mal en la parte superior con leyendas e iconos amontonados.

Funcionó por unas semanas pero ahora, al tratar de ingresar, se queda con el icono de "cargando" y no pasa de ahí.
