She was rude on the phone call and refused to give me antibiotics. There should be a way to rate the doctors as she was very rude! I typically have to reinstall the app prior to a call to get it to work properly. My most recent call didn’t work at all despite reinstalling 3x. I can’t change my answers if I clicked the wrong option. Not user friendly at all. They will gave you the same medication. What is the point of telling the practitioner that you are sick for almost two weeks and using the same medication. And they will give a care plan that you already do for 2 weeks ? ### 1/5 — Unprofessional Experience – No Accountability *2025-08-03, version 4.889.6* I had a consultation where the nurse provider showed up late and then rushed through the appointment, barely giving me any time or attention. This is unacceptable. To make matters worse, there’s no proper channel to report such issues. The only option I was given was to chat with tech support, who responded every 5–10 minutes, making the process slow and frustrating. When I asked to escalate or formally report it, they simply gave me a generic feedback email and moved on — no ownership, no accountability. I have zero confidence that anyone will actually review or act on that email. Frankly, the service and support are severely lacking, and it’s disappointing to see this kind of careless experience in a healthcare setting. Patients deserve better — not just in the consultation, but in how concerns are heard and addressed ### 1/5 — I get to frustrated *2025-07-05, version 4.866.1* Having a consultation for a medical problem is getting harder because it is not being cattered by a Doctor. Before, Consult app is being answered by a Medical doctor thats is why direct queries are being answered. Not until the Nurse practioner are the one who is always answering the queries. The process was simple and efficient. I entered my information online, booked an appointment the same day, and had a virtual consultation within minutes. The entire visit took less than 10 minutes and my prescription was sent directly to my pharmacy. It was fast, convenient, and very professional.
