I was hooked by it and couldn’t stop playing! Story games are my favorite and this has definitely been one of my top favorites! ### 5/5 — Real-life choices for a real life *2026-07-11* As a 54-year-old male who successfully manages his mental illness, I enjoyed making the daily choices in the scenarios presented here to live successfully. Amazingly well-made game that makes you think before you decide. It was a unique experience and told an interesting “autobiographical” story. I really appreciated the gameplay loop and the art style is great. There were some flaws however. The Jesus part didn’t really bother me like it seemed to for some other people, but it did seem drawn out with the whole 4 minute song in the church. I was more bored than bothered by it. At this point the game started to go downhill for me after an admittedly strong start. The ending felt rushed and didn’t feel as satisfying as I hoped it would. I think the message is good and it was cool to see the developers “process” of making the game, but again it felt very sudden and kind of took me out of it. Either way a fantastic idea for a game and I still had a great time with it. $10 does feel steep for a 3-4 hour game especially since it doesn’t really have any replayability for me, but I still had a great time with it. ### 5/5 — Really fun! *2026-07-08* This was such a fun game to play! The mini games were really cute and silly, but actually challenging. I loved the difficulty in planning out how to use Jenny’s free time to accomplish her goals. I also became invested in the story line, and found Jenny’s story relatable. And I thought it was really brave and cool of the developers to include sensitive subjects like religion and dieting culture. I’m not sure why other reviewers are upset about the religion part. This game isn’t trying to convince anyone to convert to a religion, it’s just something that was part of the character’s life that she found useful and comforting, and that should be respected. The gameplay mechanics (schedule, calendar, time management, even strategically picking outfits or applying makeup for the stat boosts) were engaging and clever. The story telling was well paced and interesting. I loved that they weren’t scared to use hard topics (dieting, religion) as a main driver in the story. I hope the creators make another game soon!
