I do feel like it’s hard to get to the Zelle. For some reason I can’t set auto transfers from my checking to my savings bi-monthly, which is how I get paid which I remember being able to do in the past. I’ve been trying to increase my savings and I heard that doing a small daily transfer is one of the easiest ways to stick to it. I have literally gotten over a $100 taken from my account bc of my activity. Also, I think it is ridiculous that this firm charges $30 for a stop payment on a debit card. It would be easier for me to just switch banks than have to pay to have any stop payments initiated. Great job! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Canceling scheduled payments *2026-02-14, version 93.2.0* You can’t edit or cancel scheduled payments from the app. After I scheduled my final payoff, it left my scheduled auto payment intact, they’re scheduled for the same day and support is closed. I can’t edit either payment, so they’re probably going to miss Bill me and I’m gonna have to deal with a refund. It’s absolute nonsense that I can’t adjust a payment after it’s been scheduled without the help of a customer service support member on the phone. And even more ridiculous that there’s no unavailable for chat support or over the phone support after 5 PM on Friday. If you have a choice of banking with any other company, I would encourage you to do so. ### 1/5 — Yay, now it’s awful!!! *2026-01-02, version 93.1.2* Latest update is trash. Often the links outside your account pages don’t work or they don’t go anywhere and loop you back to the previous page. Also now their transaction labels make no sense “thank you” Or “right…” instead of “transfer to savings” etc and you can’t edit these even for recurring payments. The help sections is confusingly organized and you have to click thru ten thousand pages to find the Co-op info, and for a few other topics. It’s so unintuitive I’d be laughing myself sick if I weren’t crying in frustration. Can seem to find a feedback page or I’d be leaving this there. Seriously considering moving everything to my other bank and kicking CCU to the curb with it’s terrible app ### 1/5 — Too many quirks *2025-10-31, version 93.1.2* This app is so frustrating. I’ve changed phones and I can’t log into my account.
