The app doesn’t always work correctly and it makes your payment late charges you $3 more if you used your debit cards at the same time the raise there rates to double the rates it was it was 6 years ago. When you request that they come out physically and test your meter they refuse to do so

this company Consumers energy is a scam unprofessional company that’s over here sending me bills when I told them that I don’t own the house anymore last month and I’m still getting these bills and when I try to call them and and speak to somebody I’m being yelled at, and they’re being unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone. What a pathetic trash company i’m going to tell my friends and family about this experience and I’m going to make sure that they will never do business with this trash company again

Just got my Consumers power bill for this month and it’s absolutely outrageous and ridiculous. The charges that you’re charging you need to take into consideration there’s people that are on a fixed income times are hard and you still keep raising the prices it’s gonna get to the point where nobody’s gonna have Consumers at all because they’re not gonna be able to pay their bill and how are you gonna like that?
