No problems w/ my Chase app or any other apps; just this CNB app refuses to load & is Trash. Needs fixed ASAP. ### 1/5 — Can’t Answer Two-Factor Authentication Question *2024-03-11, version 24.3.0* When I go to log in, it asks me one of my security questions for two factor authentication. I go to click on the answer box to type the answer and it just doesn’t do anything. No keyboard pops up. Tested this with the in-browser site and it did the same thing. It is not a problem with my phone screen, no other apps have any issues. Called about it and they couldn’t help me. ### 2/5 — Updates are bleh *2023-11-17* So I had to erase and redownload the app because it wasn’t accepting checks for deposit. Now it won’t allow access with my fingerprint. Erg to say the least ### 1/5 — Crap!!! *2022-04-07, version 15.1.2* This is a really crappy website. Never works properly. Junk. ### 1/5 — Stupid app *2021-05-21, version 13.0.2* Forgot my password and it has asked me security questions that I know for a fact I never would used because I don’t know the answer to them. But it keeps asking them. ### 1/5 — Never works *2020-10-16, version 12.3.0* Used to work sometimes using Touch ID, but at least my password worked. Now it won’t let me log in at all and I am 100% positive my username and password are correct.
