Now it won’t allow access with my fingerprint. Erg to say the least ### 2/5 — Slow *2020-08-11, version 12.3.0* More than 80% of the time when I go to log in it loads and loads and loads and never takes me to the login screen. I end up having to use a browser to check my account anyways so why have the app ### 3/5 — Frustrated *2019-08-02, version 10.8.50* I never had any problems with the app itself but when it updated to the newest version I lost my Apple iOS widget and quick balance. Those were important to me because I have multiple accounts and I check balances on a daily basis. No problems w/ my Chase app or any other apps; just this CNB app refuses to load & is Trash. Needs fixed ASAP. ### 1/5 — Can’t Answer Two-Factor Authentication Question *2024-03-11, version 24.3.0* When I go to log in, it asks me one of my security questions for two factor authentication. I go to click on the answer box to type the answer and it just doesn’t do anything. No keyboard pops up. Tested this with the in-browser site and it did the same thing.
