This is the Bain of my existence - and so is the website.
Constantly glitching, unable to link into it, and pay bills etc with “whoops something went wrong”…

People would be far more inclined to log in and pay… if they could.

Good overall, the app allows for easy-ish tracking of power usage, it’s a little misleading that the $ amounts quoted in usage don’t include GST, it’d be good to see a toggle to include this for better understanding of budgeting.

The App is always days behind even though we’re hooked up and don’t have any actual readings. Sometimes it’s 4 days behind! Who can keep track of why prices were high on previous days when it’s so far back. And as for hour by hour usage - what a joke! They’re always greyed out unless it’s over a week previously. Contact - get your App sorted so it works as an up to date version. It’s not like you can’t afford it as you make many millions in profit every year from us.
