The only thing this app did was allow me to select individual contacts and not ALL contacts. When selecting few contacts or manually its working but when trying backup all its just remain on the home screen and nothing starting at all. Even manual selection has no select all option. So I subscribed and installed. Funnily the help documentation is extremely poor and there is no contact email or company to ask questions. This looks like a shady app. I couldnot get a text file in my backup. I dont know what to say.
