Still my go to app. I’ve been using this for over 10 years and I use it throughout the day. I love that it’s a one time charge for unlimited access, and the updates keep coming! Support has been great when I’ve had issues or questions. I needed something to be my memory when I make calls and visits. It automatically date and time stamps entries so I can look back and say “when was that?” Everything is searchable - contacts, logs, to-dos. And everything can be easily exported for reporting. Love the map showing where the contacts are nearby. And now they have added archiving - this is a great feature! Contacts from previous jobs can be archived, but not lost. The reason is simple: everything else wanted to be a sales pipeline. I don’t need dashboards or deal stages. As an executive I need to know who I called, what we talked about, and one genuine thing about the person before I pick up the phone again. Contacts Journal does exactly that and nothing more, which is the whole point. What I value most: the data is mine and lives on my device, it’s a one-time purchase instead of another monthly bill, tags and custom fields let me shape it to my business, and the Shortcuts support means I can log a call by talking to Siri. The Mac and iOS apps are consistent, and the developer answers email personally and honestly — including telling me straight when something isn’t possible. Four years in and still my daily reference before every meeting. ### 5/5 — Great app and even better support! *2026-08-03, version 7.0.0* I’ve been using Contacts Journal since July 2022. I use it to interact with my customers, track my services as well as what needed servicing. Recently I have an operator error and I was losing data (or so I thought). With the assistance of the support team, I figure out what had happened and luckily, I didn’t lose any data. Thankfully the support is top notch and they helped me figure out what went wrong. And as I mentioned, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the app. Just the operator. 🤪 10/10 would recommend this app to anyone that needs assistance managing their customer base. ### 4/5 — Quite Useful and Customizable CRM *2026-08-03, version 7.0.0* I use it for my personal contacts (friends and family) to make sure I keep in touch. Very customizable tool. I like the new UI revamp. It could be able nice to preset notifications to remind to fill data after planned meetings or phone calls. The new upgrade must come with a glitch, it created 700 of the same person and then when I merged them it merged about 1000 contacts into one. I can’t text anyone, find anyone. I emailed and support and have not heard back. I’m on my phone all day for work, if this can’t be reversed I’ve lost so much time.
