It can see the GO-Box 100 base station on the network but won’t connect. Always says Connection failed, no suggestion why. I can access the web interface just fine. None of the phones themselves are listed.  Useless.

All good until it tries to access the iPhone 6 Plus contacts and then it crashes badly and indefinitely.

I am a software engineer and I know poor coding when I see it - hugely disappointing

This app just hangs when trying get contacts from my iPhone 6s. I know this phone is not on the supported phones list but the 6s is quite old now surely Gigaset can do better and update this app it was one of the features that made the phone system attractive.

Can't get to my phone contacts on my iPhone to transfer across. Rang Gigaset and they've not done anything to help.

This is a great app for transferring contacts to multiple handsets at once as long as they are in your phone with a first name or surname. If however they are listed under a company only they dont show in the listing at all !

It is ok but it has a group “function” that only seems to contain ALL numbers as an option. Would be so much better if after a send you got the option to group those numbers with a name.

I have no idea why there is only one review for this app and a negative one at that. It did a flawless and easy transfer of selected contacts from my iPhone to my DX800A and additional four C610H remotes.

After seeing two poor reviews I was expecting complete failure and having to add 500 contacts onto five new gigaset phones! Imagine my complete surprise when the app worked perfectly. Very intuitive and easy to use from my iPhone. It transfers the contacts to one phone at a time. Took about five to ten minutes per phone.
