Contagion shows the infectious-disease and environmental conditions around you, framed like a weather app.

• COVID-19, Influenza A, and RSV — CDC wastewater viral activity, by state
• Respiratory pressure — CDC Acute Respiratory Illness activity level
• An overall index blending the tracked pathogens
• Emerging detections — Mpox, Influenza A(H5), and Measles from CDC wastewater PCR
• Notifiable diseases — cumulative cases this year for STDs, parasitic, and other reportable diseases (CDC NNDSS)
• Air quality (US AQI) and UV index
