## What is ContaGru?

ContaG counts your reps when your brain is foggy and your phone is in your pocket.

It listens for effort sounds (grunts — not speech) and blends them with motion. It works on iPhone alone (microphone + accelerometer). Apple Watch is optional: when it is in session it becomes the referee and adds HealthKit (heart rate, energy, SpO₂ when available).

Free includes:
• All exercise types (push-ups, Romanian deadlifts, band row, back extension, custom)
• iPhone counting (microphone + motion)
• Optional Watch with HealthKit biometrics
• Widgets and Watch complications
• History of your last 50 sessions

ContaG Pro unlocks unlimited history so long training streaks stay searchable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Account Settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
