On the website it’s saying I haven’t made any returns! ### 2/5 — Digital wallet failure *2025-02-20, version 3.1.1* Even though the upstairs to download so that your member number goes into the digital wallet on your phone it doesn’t work… I guess we have to wait some months until they sort themselves out and get it right? ### 1/5 — Can you guys fix those bugs? *2023-04-13, version 2.0.7* Low performance on login. PayPal cannot be linked. These bugs have been reported months ago. I tried to login again and it doesn’t recognise my login details. I have reset my password several times and deleted the app reinstalled it. Nothing worked (iPhone XS). I now just upgraded to the iPhone 14. still having the same problem, even after resetting my password.🤷‍♂️ PS Support wasn’t much help before either, and my login details work perfectly fine on the website, go figure ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-01-22, version 2.0.7* Doesn’t even let me log in. I have my card with my number in my phone wallet but I haven’t been able to get “the card’s” barcode to scan at all although it may be different states in other states. (I’m in Qld) In the multiple times I’ve given in containers this has been a frustration. The ‘card’ however bring up my scheme number easily so I can type it in when returning and that is helpful. I have received an email about the trial of wine and spirit bottles being returned which I am very much in favour of, however once I accessed it on the App it glitched and I could not access it. Nothing else. No buttons, no place to type anything, just the error message saying an unknown error occurred. Staff are so helpful ### 5/5 — Case sensitive *2020-06-26* Failed to login for a few days and I suddenly see the login page saying the login details are case sensitive. Once I log on to the website I realized that my email in their system actually has a capital letter at the front. So maybe worth trying logon to the website (not case sensitive) to check if any letter of your email in their system has a capital letter. **Developer response:** Hi Art549. The Containers for Change team. ### 5/5 — Tap “Login” not “Go” *2020-06-25* Also couldn’t get in so checked my login details on the Containers for Change website. Was able to log in there so tried the app again but scrolled down the login button rather than using the “Go” option on the keyboard which then logged in successfully - give that a try. **Developer response:** Hi wippet83. The Containers for Change team. ### 4/5 — Login button does nothing *2022-03-09* App runs but can’t use it for anything. Can tap the login button as many times as I like and nothing happens. Updated and same thing, although the problem is that the login button doesn’t work until you actually type in the password field. Having an app enter my credentials (Bitwarden) doesn’t trigger that event. I have to enter a char then backspace it to login. Changed rating. **Developer response:** Hey there, would you be able to update your app to the latest version? This should help but please let us know if it doesn't and we'll investigate further. ### 3/5 — Solved: how to login *2023-02-16, version 2.0.7* I wasn’t able to login like some users. This happens when your login details are filled automatically by your phone. The trick is to delete the last letter from your email address and type it back manually. You should be able to login after that. ### 3/5 — Can’t log in using a password manager *2022-04-20, version 2.0.5* I use LastPass to manage my passwords and this app won’t let me log in. If I manually type in my email and password it works but honestly just fix it. It now does not work saying it needs an upgrade. Going around in circles…. Just updated again today after your reply and seems to be working.
