Contenders Boxing Studio is a premier Vancouver boxing gym built for everyone — from complete beginners learning their first jab to experienced boxers sharpening advanced skills. Our structured programs focus on proper boxing fundamentals, conditioning, and skill development in a fun, supportive, and high-energy environment.

At Contenders, you’ll learn proper technique including stance, footwork, punch mechanics, defense, and combinations. Our highly experienced boxing coaches deliver challenging workouts designed to relieve stress, build strength, speed, endurance, coordination, and confidence.
