Fully integrated with existing Xactware software solutions, ContentsTrack gives contractors more and better control over the management of damaged contents.  The solution provides software and information essential to inventorying restorable/non-restorable items, capturing of authorization signatures onsite, and tracking the chain of custody from pack out to pack back. App constantly crashes, at this point I can’t even open the app before it crashes. It also deletes my photos that I take within the app.

It would be a lot more helpful on larger jobs if you could search rooms. I’m currently on a very large loss and I’ve had to scroll looking for rooms for up to like 5 minutes just trying to locate the right one. It would also be a lot more helpful if the item recognition worked properly, I have yet had it properly identify an item and I just feel like that feature could really save me so much time and it’s such an amazing idea! Gave it a 3 star because I’m really hoping someone sees my issue with not being able to search the rooms!

We started using ContentsTrack and wished we would have started using it sooner.  There are a lot of useful tools and support has been very helpful. It’s changed our business for the better.
