## What is Contentworker by Formpipe?

Contentworker DMS is a complete matter centric document- and email management solution in SharePoint for the legal and other professional markets.


Contentworker Mobile provides access to your Contentworker DMS through a Contentworker Mobile Server.

Contentworker Mobile supports browsing matters and documents (recent documents, favorite matter, recent matters etc). You can access documents in the matters, preview, email as copies, email as links and download. Used with mobile VPN you can open Microsoft Office documents directly in Office, edit them and save the changes back directly. You can also download document to work with them offline. Contentworker will remember where they belong for easy upload when you are back online. Further the Contentworker Mobile also includes matter and document search.


To use the App in your Contentworker, it requires a Contentworker Mobile Server and a separate license.

- Documents you want to edit offline can now be locked on the server. A “Check-out” menu item on “More” will lock the document on the server. Check-in will unlock it.
- For our users in Norway, we’ve added the language “Norsk” (Bokmål).

- Support for iPhone X.
- Support for iOS 11 native Files picker. Contentworker is available in Files. This also reduces the number of clicks needed to open from and save to Contentworker in the Office applications.
- On iPad with iOS 11 you can now use drag-and-drop from the Offline section. For example, place the email app and Contentworker side-by-side to drag a documents to an email to attach it.
- When uploading an offline document as a new version (to an existing document), a dialog will now show, informing you about the edit dates of the offline copy and the server version.
- Document lists (including search results) now support paging. When you reach the bottom of the loaded result, more data will automatically retrieved from the server.
- Sorting by clicking on the heading above a list can now sort ascending and descending. Select the same sort field again to reverse sort order.
Fixes:
- The crash that could appear when deleting some offline documents is fixed.
- Help title doesn’t show the ugly guid anymore.
- When an offline document has been uploaded, it reverts back to black (from purple) and the date/time, showing that it was updated offline, is removed.
- Some other minor bugs where fixed.

- We now include localization! We check the language on the device and use that language in the app if it is available (currently the following are included: English, Swedish, French, German and Dutch). It is easy for us to add more languages on request. English is the fallback language. If you want another language than the device language, you can change it in settings.
- If your Contentworker is congifured with alternative terms (eg "Project" instead of "Matter"), the app will now use these.
- On the login screen, we made some improvements to make it more responsive and easier to use. 

Fixes:
- The 404 error that you got if you removed the last favorite matter for a client is now gone and we move you up one level in the tree.
- Sorting matters on matter code now works as it should.
- A thread issue that sometime prevented documents from being viewed when you tap on them should now be history.
- Some other minor bugs were fixed.

We have also started to prepare for a future iOS update. Our next version will make use of some of the new cool features it makes available. Stay tuned!
