I work at diesel and yall constantly can’t get single order right. And better yet you don’t even offer loyalty points for when you waste the workers time and money. How am I supposed to use the app if this behavior persists? ### 1/5 — Payment is broken *2024-04-08, version 2.0.0* Went to work today and tried to use the app. Pages are extremely slow to load and when they do, it won’t let me check out, instead giving an error reading “cannot process payment.” Tried troubleshooting by removing and re-adding my card but now it gives that message while saving card information. My card is working fine, this is an issue on the app. Other coworkers are having similar issues. Up until now the app has been great but as it currently stands it is fundamentally broken if it cannot process any payments. ### 1/5 — Example of how to be user unfriendly *2024-03-20, version 2.0.0* In order just to customize a sandwich to remove an allergen, the user have to download the app, create an account, remember the password, and share credit card information. Meanwhile, the cafeteria station have staff standing right there that could have taken care of all these hassles by accepting the order.
