### 2/5 — Frustrated

I miss the SMS platform since I’ve started using the app. I was relieved initially because I really liked the fluent communication and abilities that the SMS platform allowed however, the app is nothing like it. It’s it’s limiting in terms of being able to upload images, it is not able to create PDFs. The app is just not user-friendly and there is no seamless Avenue to be able to communicate with anyone to get some help.
