The software itself is alright. Limited. Simple. The problem is I paid $50 to use it and now they want an additional $118 to remove their branding. This is ridiculous.

Like app a lot. Simple. Reliable.  Just would like a search for saved messages to find one that I need quickly.

I went from signing up to taking live chat in 10 minutes. A lot of pre-built forms and very easy to navigate. The app works perfectly. I can even engage with clients without them starting a conversation because the app displays all site visitors. Great app
