## What is Continuum?

Continuum AR, is a remote field service support platform that improves productivity and efficiency for field service technicians. 

It is designed to troubleshoot, inspect and maintain assets in the field, through video calls, real time image and text transfer from an Expert station to the field technician.

Technicians wearing AR glasses like Realwear, Six15 etc can connect to an Expert on this app. 

In the event of a malfunction or a system failure, downtimes and high costs occur very quickly. Fast remote support with augmented Reality features in realtime allows a fast reaction time. 

Our Remote assistance features include 
Calling and /Receiving Video Calls
Able to share a picture in a video call.
While on a call, the expert can make markings on what the technician sees.
